At this meetup, Colleen Johnson helps you navigate the complex world of agile frameworks and methodologies. With so many options to choose from, it can be overwhelming to know where to start. Colleen breaks down the most popular frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Less, DAD, and the Spotify Model, and helps you understand the strengths and weaknesses of each one. If you're struggling to determine what approach will work best for your team, this video is for you. Colleen provides actionable advice to help you assess your team's unique needs, such as whether you need more flexibility or predictability, and whether you have a fixed backlog or unplanned work. By the end of this video, you'll have a better understanding of each framework's strengths and weaknesses, so you can make an informed decision and find the perfect practices for your team's specific needs. #agile #Scrum #Kanban #SAFe #Less #DAD #SpotifyModel #agileframeworks #agilemethodologies #agilecoaching #agileteams #softwaredevelopment #productmanagement #projectmanagement

After months of research & planning, the Bahamas Project Management Community (BPMC) was officially launched on June 1 with a banging virtual launch party. This party was filled with excited partygoers who were treated to three (3) amazing speakers, plenty of games, lots of prizes and laughs for days. Oh, what a good time!!! This is how you launch a new community. Our speakers represented true networking with our friends representing Africa, the USA and The Bahamas. Each speaker dropped priceless nuggets of wisdom and gave advice to the BPMC for future growth. Watch the recording and laugh out loud (LOL) with us!!!
Our Very First Presenter, the "Project Management Guru" himself and one of the Founders of the PMP Credential and PMI Fellow. Sends congratulatory remarks.
