Applying Professional Kanban Certification Course

15-17 January 2026 (10 am-2:30 pm EST)

What is Kanban?

Kanban is fast becoming the modern way to manage an organization’s delivery of customer value. In today’s always-on environment, you need a clear set of practices that don’t get in the way of your ability to continuously deliver but that provides enough structure to keep everyone aligned and focused.  This course will give you an in-depth introduction to improving your team’s effectiveness by applying Kanban flow principles.

Attend an Applying Professional Kanban course to learn how to use Kanban to your advantage. After taking the course, you will have an opportunity to validate your understanding of Kanban with our online assessment that evaluates your knowledge and provides guidance on areas to improve. Upon passing, you will receive the “Professional Kanban I” (PKI) certification and badge through Credly.

This course covers the principles of flow and visualization, strategies to make teams more efficient and predictable, designing and implementing workflows, managing work in progress to boost flow, and identifying opportunities for measurable improvements.
