This is a live virtual course led by Andrea Pratt-Smith & Pete Omotosho. This course is tailored to be delivered in 23 hours over consecutive days (dates and times vary by cohort).

Andrea Pratt-Smith is a consultant, mentor, trainer, and facilitator. She increases team performance, collaboration and builds cross-functional teams. Her experience includes helping teams learn Agile, form and build trust, strive toward high performance and continuous improvement. Andrea's passion is helping others continue to grow their own knowledge as well as increase their impact to the organization. Andrea is the founder & CEO of Creative Minds Project Development & Consultation where she provides project management consultancy services for local and international clients. She is the founder of the Bahamas Agile & Project Management Community (BAPMC), the first and only community of practice in The Bahamas for project managers and agilists. She is an Authorized Training Partner with PMI, CAPM Instructor and holds several certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI), namely PMP, PMI-ACP and CAPM. She is the first Professional Kanban Trainer (PKT) in the Caribbean region and currently the only Bahamian PKT.
Pete Omotosho is an experienced Agile Coach, Trainer, and Consultant who understands the complex challenges facing contemporary organizations. He works with enterprises to co-create change and brings the best of Agile and Lean methods to clients. Pete has over 20 years of proven professional experience in Energy, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Financial Services, Education, Government, Consulting, and Not-For-Profit sectors. Pete is passionate about mentoring, coaching, and working with new and existing agile teams, growing teams to maturity, and liaising with non-agile domains within enterprises to embrace agile processes. Pete is the founder of Pete Lauren Consulting, an Authorized Training Partner of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) with expertise in building product delivery and project management capabilities. Pete is a Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant (DAVSC), and a Disciplined Agile Coach (DAC). He is also a PMP, a CAPM, Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM), a Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM), and a Disciplined Agile Coach (DAC) Instructor. To be eligible for the CAPM certification, you must meet the educational background requirement and the project management education requirement. You need a secondary degree, such as a high school diploma, GED (general educational development), OR global equivalent AND 23 hours of project management education.
